The goal of cosmetic dentistry is to improve the appearance of your smile. If you have ever felt self-conscious about your front teeth, it’s time to schedule a consultation with one of our dentists as soon as possible. They’ll be able to help you explore your options for cosmetic dentistry so you can start smiling with confidence.
The types of procedures you’re eligible for will depend on the extent of damage or discoloration to your teeth. In general, we take a conservative approach to dental work. That way, we’re able to preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible.
Benefits of cosmetic dentistry:
- Achieve a beautiful healthy smile
- Smile with confidence
- Correct multiple issues in a short period of time
- Improve oral health
You may need to look no further than your coffee mug to discover how your teeth became dull or yellow over time. Fortunately, our dentists provide professional teeth whitening right in our office to noticeably whiten your smile by several shades.to help you maintain the look of your white smile from home. We also do
are wafer-thin porcelain shells our dentists are able to bond to the fronts of teeth that show when you smile and talk. These teeth covers are able to hide chips, cracks, and discoloration.
During your first appointment, we’ll remove a small amount of enamel from the fronts of your receiving teeth. Next, we’ll take dental impressions to send to the lab where your veneers will be made. To protect your teeth in the meantime, we’ll place temporary teeth covers.
When you return for your second appointment, one of our dentists may make slight adjustments to the color and fit of your veneers so they look natural. If you would prefer getting porcelain veneers in one appointment, ask one of our dentists if you’re a candidate for CEREC.
Our dentists use teeth bonding to repair slight damage to teeth in the smile zone. You may be a candidate for dental bonding if you have front teeth that are chipped, gapped, unevenly spaced, or irregularly shaped.
Teeth bonding is a noninvasive procedure because we don’t have to remove the enamel. Instead, we clean and roughen the surface of your tooth before applying a tooth-colored resin that matches the rest of your smile. Patients can get dental bonding done in one appointment.
Inlays & Onlays
A dental inlay or onlay is a good compromise between a filling and crown. Our dentists want to help you preserve as much natural tooth structure as possible, which is why we provide inlays and onlays to patients.
Unlike fillings that are applied directly to your teeth, our dentists will need to create a restoration that matches the natural color and shape of the tooth. This tooth restoration is called a dental inlay or onlay.
